Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad City Centre By IHG

Location and ambience was pretty good. Breakfast was scrumptious with variety of options.

There were issues with hot water supply which persisted for 3 days of our stay which is not expected from the hotel of such stature. Also, the hotel did not bother to compensate in any form or manner for the inconvenience caused to us.

Went were dirty.....The iron wire had broken ends...No Hairdryer

Breakfast was goodRooms were okay

Bathroom had some mold, some of the tile came off.

Mr. Abhisek handled his job perfectly.

We are booked on a club floor but our room in 9th floor.

Breakfast spread is good and delicious

The floor was getting damp due to AC problem , they couldn't identify. We slipped on the floor twice. Next day we insisted on changing the room .

Good location

Silly system of scanning bags ..And the key cards expire every time u leave the hotel U come backAnd u can’t get to your room

The location and cleanliness

The swimming pool area was not good .secondly I didn’t get a welcome as expected by a long term member

It was really nice stay in the hotel, breakfast, location and rooms are really amazing.

I'm a member of IHG. My room booking confirmed to the club house but they were given me room for lower club house.

The breakfast was amazing The staff was really nice and helpful The best part was the bed it was so comfortable I loved every bit of staying in the hotel.

The cleaners would forget to vacuum or to mop the floor which was a downer for such a high class hotel.

All the staff were very helpful. However, the water in the bathtub was brown. I was looking forward to a bathtub, so it was disappointing. This is my favorite hotel in Ahmedabad. Please improve it.

Spacious rooms, clean and large bathrooms and very helpful staff

nothing but a leaky tap in the bathroom

Everything worked! This may sound odd, considering that it's a 5-star hotel but the number of times I have had to complain about things not working in a 5-star room in the recent past made this trouble-free stay a welcome change. Room size was reasonable, furnishing and lighting was adequate, breakfast was very good, staff was extremely friendly and efficient, wifi was fast with good coverage.

There was a bathtub stuffed into a corner of the bathroom. I think the space would have been better utilised in the main room.

Location, Ambience and Spacious Rooms.

Hot chocolate was with schemed milk and quite pathetic. It should be mad ewith full cream milk to taste better.

Hotel is on run down

Hotel room, staff, restaurant

Breakfast was amazing. Nice location and good facility.

Traffic outside the hotel.

Location is suitable and easy to reach

Faced good few issues in the room, our family fell sick due to the cold temp in the room as the thermostat was malfunctioning and was not fixed despite informing the guest service, tiles are cracked or coming off in the bath are, smudges everywhere in bath area, few lights not working, so can’t say the extremely poor service n maintenance matched the hotel standards as publicised.
